Website content describes available automation services, demonstrations and indicative starting prices. It does not itself create a binding project agreement.
Defined project scope
A project should have defined requirements, workflow boundaries, integrations, assumptions and acceptance criteria before development begins.
Pilot payment process
Defined pilot projects may be developed without upfront development payment where explicitly agreed. The agreed workflow is demonstrated against the acceptance criteria.
Payment is due after acceptance and before production credentials, final deployment or completed project transfer unless different written terms are agreed.
Changes and revisions
The original fee covers the agreed scope. New features, changed requirements, additional integrations or work outside that scope may require separate pricing.
The website does not promise unlimited free revisions.
Third-party costs
Customers are responsible for ongoing costs charged by third-party services used by their automation, including telephone, messaging, AI, CRM, hosting, software or API providers where applicable.
Customer credentials
Production credentials should be customer-controlled wherever reasonably possible. Customers should not send passwords or confidential production credentials through ordinary website enquiry forms.
AI limitations
AI systems can produce incorrect, incomplete or unexpected outputs. Appropriate testing, monitoring and human escalation should be designed according to the workflow.
Calling and communications
Customers using calling, messaging or recording automation remain responsible for lawful contact, appropriate notices, consent where required, recording rules and their own regulatory obligations.
No guaranteed commercial outcome
Automation may improve operational consistency, speed or information handling, but no particular revenue, conversion, cost-saving or business result is guaranteed.
Demonstrations
Demonstration environments may use fictional or simulated information and do not necessarily represent a production customer deployment.
Final project terms
Specific commercial projects should be governed by the written scope, acceptance criteria and project terms agreed for that engagement.
